We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item? 💔

Not the kind of drama we like.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your Pretty In Pink arrives damaged, defective, broken, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the issue so we can make it right. 💖

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items 💅🏾

For safety reasons, used lighters or lighters that have been filled with butane cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Gift cards and other items marked as final sale are also non-returnable.

Exchanges 💋

Changed your mind, princess? If your item qualifies for a return, contact us within the 14-day return window. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds 💖

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit-card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
